- 🍚 1 bowl (200g) cooked white rice
Seafood
- 30g shirasu (whitebait)
Herbs
- 3 leaves shiso (julienned)
Egg

Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

- 1/2 tsp Japanese dashi powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
