Main Ingredients
- 200g shirataki noodles
- 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 1 tsp sliced red chili
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- A pinch of dashi powder
- 💧 50ml water

Cut shirataki noodles into bite-sized lengths.
Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them.
Heat salad oil and sliced red chili in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant, then add shirataki and stir-fry over medium heat.
Add shimeji mushrooms and stir-fry until softened.
Add the seasoning mixture (sake, mirin, soy sauce, dashi powder, and water) and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
