- 6 fresh-dried shishamo fish
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Sauce
- 3 scallions, chopped
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
