재료
Vegetables
- 10 shishito peppers
- 1 myoga, thinly sliced
Protein
- 1 sheet fried tofu
Oil
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 100 ml water
단계
Thinly slice the myoga. Pat the fried tofu with a paper towel to remove excess oil, then cut it in half lengthwise and slice into 1.5 cm strips.
Mix the mentsuyu, grated ginger, and water in a bowl.
Heat a frying pan and cook the tofu on medium heat until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Add salad oil to the same pan and heat on medium. Add the shishito peppers and cook until they develop a golden color.
Add the cooked shishito peppers and tofu to the bowl with the seasoning mixture. Let them soak for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve the dish on a plate and garnish with sliced myoga.
