- 🍚 2 cups rice
Seafood
- 🍤 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 🍄 4 mushrooms, sliced
Seasonings

- 1 tsp consomme powder
- 🧈 20g unsalted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🍅 200g canned whole tomatoes
