Seafood
- 🦐 100g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🌽 50g corn kernels
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
- 🥔 1 potato, diced
Wraps
- 6 spring roll wrappers
Cooking Oil
- Salad oil, as needed
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 🥛 150cc milk
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp consomme powder
Binding
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

Mince the onion and dice the potato into 1cm cubes. Soak the potato in water, drain, and microwave for 4 minutes at 600W.
Heat butter in a frying pan until melted, then add onion and potato. Sauté until the onion becomes translucent.
Turn off the heat and mix in flour, salt, pepper, and consomme powder.
Add shrimp and corn to the pan and mix well.
Gradually add milk while stirring, cooking over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Let it cool completely.
Place the filling on spring roll wrappers, roll them up, and seal the edges with the water-flour mixture.
Deep-fry the rolls at 170°C until golden brown.
