- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten

- 100g bok choy
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Marinade
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🍅 50g tomato puree
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
