- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 6 leaves of sunny lettuce
- 🥑 1/2 avocado, diced
- 🍅 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- Pinch of pepper

Tear sunny lettuce into pieces. Peel and dice avocado into 2cm cubes. Remove stems from cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Mince garlic after removing its core.
Pat dry the peeled shrimp with kitchen paper.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until fragrant. Add shrimp and stir-fry over medium heat until they turn pink.
Add avocado and cherry tomatoes to the pan and stir briefly. Add the seasoning mixture (sake, sugar, fish sauce, and pepper) and stir-fry. Finally, add sunny lettuce and stir quickly.
