Tofu
- 300g firm tofu
- Potato starch as needed
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Shrimp Mixture
- 🦐 120g peeled shrimp
- 🧅 2 tbsp minced green onion
- A pinch of grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
Sauce
- 🍅 3 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1.5 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soy sauce
- Chili oil as needed
