- 🦐 150g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🍅 1 tomato (150g), quartered
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock powder
- Pinch of pepper

Cut the tomato into quarters after removing the stem.
Peel the shrimp, devein, and pat dry with a paper towel.
Mix eggs with a pinch of salt in a bowl to create egg mixture.
Heat half of the salad oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir gently to create scrambled eggs. Remove when semi-cooked.
Wipe the pan clean, add the remaining oil, and sauté shrimp with garlic until they turn white. Add tomato and stir-fry to evaporate moisture.
Add the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper) and mix well. Finally, add the scrambled eggs and stir briefly.
