재료
Shrimp
- 🦐 200g peeled shrimp
Vegetables
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), sliced
- 1/2 red paprika (75g), sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
Breading
- Flour as needed
- 🥚 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp herb mix
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
Oil
- Oil as needed for frying
Garnish
- 🌿 Parsley as needed

Pat dry the peeled shrimp and season with salt, pepper, and grated garlic.
Cut the potato into wedges and soak in water. Pat dry. Slice the red paprika into 1cm strips.
Mix breadcrumbs, grated cheese, and herb mix in a bowl to prepare the herb breading.
Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and lemon juice in another bowl to make the Aurora sauce.
Coat the shrimp in flour, then beaten egg, and finally the herb breading.
Heat oil to 180°C in a pan. Fry the potato wedges and paprika until cooked, then remove. Fry the breaded shrimp until golden and cooked through.
Plate the fried shrimp, potatoes, and paprika. Serve with Aurora sauce and garnish with parsley.
