In a microwave-safe container, mix frozen peeled shrimp, sliced onion, all-purpose flour, and salt.
Add milk to the mixture and stir well.
Add macaroni, butter, and water to the container and mix lightly. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 8 minutes.
Stir the mixture until smooth, then divide it into oven-safe dishes. Sprinkle half of the shredded pizza cheese and grated cheese on top.
Bake in a toaster oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
