Seafood
- 🦐 16 headless shrimp (240g)
Vegetables
- 🌽 12 pieces of canned young corn
- 8 okra pods
- 🍅 27 cherry tomatoes
Gelatin Mixture
- 25g powdered gelatin
- 💧 100cc water
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp consomme
- 🧂 2/3 tsp salt
- 💧 400cc water

In a bowl, mix powdered gelatin with water and let it bloom.
Prepare the shrimp by removing the vein, washing, and drying them. Insert skewers to straighten them.
Trim the okra and peel the ridges. Rub with salt and roll gently.
Blanch the okra in boiling water for 10–20 seconds, then cool in ice water and drain.
Boil the shrimp in the same pot for 2 minutes until they change color. Cool, remove skewers, and peel.
In a separate pot, heat consomme, salt, and water until dissolved. Add bloomed gelatin and mix until fully melted.
Layer shrimp in a loaf pan and pour 1/4 of the gelatin mixture. Add young corn, okra, and cherry tomatoes, pouring gelatin mixture after each layer.
Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set. Remove from mold and slice into desired thickness.
