Shrimp Meatballs
- 🍤 300g peeled shrimp
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sake
Broth
- 💧 3 cups water
- 1 1/3 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍬 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1/3 tsp chicken stock granules
Thickening Mixture
- 1 tsp potato starch
- 💧 2 tsp water
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp sake
