- 🦐 6 headless shrimp (120g)
Vegetables
- 🌱 2 asparagus stalks (40g)
- 🥬 2 lettuce leaves
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper
Protein
- 1/2 block fried tofu (100g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧈 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
