- 100g boiled bamboo shoots
- 3g dried wakame
Canned Goods
- 1 can water-packed tuna (70g)
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces. Rehydrate the dried wakame in water and drain. Drain the tuna can.
