- 100g ground meat
Tofu
- 2 pieces fried tofu (240g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 150g onion (3/4 piece)
- 100g shirataki noodles

- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 100cc water
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
