- 100g ground meat
Vegetables
- 1 green onion
Tofu
- 300g silken tofu
Seasonings
- 3 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 300ml water
Thickener
- 1.5 tbsp cornstarch
- 1.5 tbsp water
