Prepare the mackerel by cleaning and cutting it into small pieces.
Chop the onion and carrot into small pieces.
In a pot, combine water, ketchup, miso, and sugar. Bring to a boil.
Add the mackerel, onion, and carrot to the pot. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Blanch spinach and mix with corn, soy sauce, sugar, olive oil, and lemon juice.
In another pot, boil water and add cabbage, potato, and consomme powder. Cook until vegetables are tender.
