- 🐟 200g mackerel fillets
Vegetables
- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder

- 🍅 200g canned chopped tomatoes
