Main Ingredients
- 100g ground pork
- 🥔 2 new potatoes (300g)
- 1 piece of ginger, minced
- 💧 100cc water
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1.5 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp miso

Wash the new potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized pieces with the skin on. Soak in water and drain. Mince the ginger.
In a bowl, mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, Worcestershire sauce, miso) until the miso is dissolved.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the minced ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the ground pork and cook until the color changes.
Add the new potatoes to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Pour in the seasoning mixture and water, then bring to a boil.
Cover with a drop lid and simmer on low heat for 10-12 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Remove the lid and simmer over medium heat for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
