Protein
- 🐖 150g sliced pork
- 🍶 300g silken tofu
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tsp chili oil
Sauce
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 🌽 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 💧 100ml water
