Seasoning
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 2 tbsp water

- 8g bonito flakes
- Pinch of chili powder

Cut the red konjac into triangular quarters, then slice thinly into 3mm pieces and halve them.
Boil water in a frying pan, add the red konjac, and blanch briefly. Drain the water.
Return the red konjac to the frying pan and heat over medium heat, stirring until the moisture evaporates. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until the liquid reduces. Mix in the bonito flakes.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chili powder.
