- 3 taro roots
Broth
- 1/2 tsp dashi powder
- 💧 300ml water
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin

- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
