- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, sliced
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 2 blocks of hayashi roux
- 1/2 tsp consomme powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- A pinch of pepper
- 💧 150ml water
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, for garnish

Slice the onion thinly. Cut the carrot in half lengthwise and slice into thin half-moons.

In a microwave-safe container, combine all ingredients except rice and parsley. Lightly mix, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5 minutes.
