- 🐖 150g thinly sliced pork
- 🍢 1 block (300g) grilled tofu
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🌱 Chopped green onion, as needed

- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
