- 150g ground meat
Vegetables
- 3 bell peppers
- 🧅 1/4 onion, minced
Sauces
- 🍅 1 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
- 🥚 1 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds and membranes. Mince the onion and microwave it in a heatproof container for 1 minute at 600W.
Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a bowl to prepare the sauce.
Combine ground meat, minced onion, and seasonings (salt, pepper, potato starch, mayonnaise) in a bowl. Mix until sticky and divide into 6 portions.
Sprinkle flour inside the bell peppers and stuff them with the meat mixture.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the stuffed peppers meat-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover, and cook on low heat for 4–5 minutes until fully cooked.
Plate the cooked stuffed peppers and drizzle with the prepared sauce.
