Meat
- 300g ground pork
Cheese
- 🧀 4 pieces (60g) processed cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp herb salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 2 tsp potato starch

Cut processed cheese into 1cm thick sticks.
In a bowl, mix ground pork and seasonings (herb salt, pepper, potato starch) until sticky. Divide into 4 portions.
Place 1/4 of the meat mixture on a sheet of parchment paper, flatten it, and place 2 cheese sticks at the edge. Roll tightly, remove air, and shape into a sausage. Twist the ends of the parchment paper like candy. Repeat for all portions.
Microwave sausages in a heatproof container at 600W for 2 minutes without covering. Flip and microwave for another minute. Let cool and remove from parchment paper.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add sausages and cook while rolling until browned, about 2–3 minutes. Cover and steam for 2 minutes.
