- 115g smoked chicken
- 🥚 2 boiled eggs
- 50g mixed beans
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 🍅 200g tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 🧅 50g red onion
Dressing
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 🍋 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper

Cut smoked chicken into 1cm cubes and slice boiled eggs into bite-sized pieces.
Dice avocado and tomato into 1cm cubes. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Dice red onion into 5mm cubes and soak in water to remove sharpness.
Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a bowl to make the dressing.
Arrange lettuce on a plate, then layer smoked chicken, boiled eggs, mixed beans, avocado, tomato, and red onion. Pour dressing just before serving.
