Main Ingredients
- 🐟 100g smoked salmon
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥔 450g potatoes
- 🥛 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp salad oil
- Italian parsley as needed
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp grain mustard
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- 36g cream cheese

Mix eggs and milk in a bowl to create egg mixture. Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, pour in the egg mixture, and stir with chopsticks until scrambled. Remove from heat.
Wash potatoes and wrap them loosely in plastic wrap while still damp. Microwave at 600W for about 5 minutes. Remove wrap and peel using a thick paper towel or damp cloth.
Mash the potatoes in a bowl with a fork, add the seasoning ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, cream cheese), and mix well. Add scrambled eggs and mix again. Divide into 6 portions and shape into balls using plastic wrap.
Wrap each potato ball with an equal portion of smoked salmon. Garnish with Italian parsley as desired.
