Remove the strings from snap peas and cut them diagonally in half. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them into bite-sized pieces.
Cut the sausages diagonally into three equal pieces.
In a pot, bring water, consommé powder, salt, and pepper to a boil. Add sausages and shimeji mushrooms, then simmer over medium heat for 2–3 minutes.
Add snap peas and simmer for about 1 minute.
