Noodles
- 2 servings cooked soba noodles
Meat
- 120g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 150g chopped cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1.5 tbsp concentrated soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Place the soba noodles and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Loosen the noodles.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the surface changes color. Add the cabbage and onion, and stir-fry until softened.
Add the soba noodles and stir-fry together. Add the seasonings and mix until well combined.
