- 1 spicy cod roe
Sauce
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp concentrated mentuyu
- 🧈 10g melted salted butter
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
