재료
Noodles
- 2 bundles (100g) somen noodles
Meat
- 1/2 can (170g) Spam
Eggs
- 🥚 2 eggs
Vegetables
- 1/2 bitter melon (125g)
Oils
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasonings
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce

- 10g bonito flakes

Cut Spam into 1cm thick sticks.
Halve the bitter melon, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Beat eggs in a bowl with salt and pepper to make egg mixture.
Boil somen noodles for 30 seconds less than package instructions, rinse under cold water, and drain. Toss noodles with half the sesame oil in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a large pan, add egg mixture, and stir-fry over medium heat until semi-cooked. Remove from pan.
Wipe the pan clean, heat remaining sesame oil, and stir-fry Spam and bitter melon until softened. Add noodles, sake, and soy sauce, then stir-fry together. Add cooked eggs and bonito flakes, mix briefly.
