- 🥚 1 egg
- 🍤 3 peeled shrimp (45g)
- A small amount of mitsuba
- 150ml unsweetened soy milk

- 1 tsp mirin
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp Japanese granulated dashi
