- 90g dried soba noodles
Seafood
- 20g dried whitebait
Vegetables
- 125g soybean sprouts
Condiments
- to taste white sesame seeds
- 1.5 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp concentrated noodle sauce

Cut off the root of the soybean sprouts and chop them into bite-sized pieces.
Boil a large pot of water and add the soba noodles. Stir lightly to submerge and loosen them. Once boiling again, reduce to low heat and cook according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water to remove starch and drain well.
Place the soba noodles in a serving bowl and drizzle with noodle sauce. Top with soybean sprouts, whitebait, and white sesame seeds.
Heat sesame oil in a small pan over low heat and pour it over the soybean sprouts on the soba.
