Main Ingredients
- 1/2 bamboo shoot (150g), boiled
- Sliced chili, to taste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 🌰 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, to taste
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1 1/2 tsp chili oil

Cut the bamboo shoot into bite-sized pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add sliced chili and grated garlic, and stir until fragrant.
Add the bamboo shoot and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add the seasonings (sake, sugar, soy sauce, chicken stock powder, chili oil) and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onion before serving.
