Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
- 2 sheets Korean seaweed
Sweet and Spicy Ground Meat
- 150g ground meat
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Vegetable Namul
- 1/2 pack pea shoots
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
- 150g daikon, julienned
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sesame oil

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium-low heat. Add ground meat and grated ginger, cooking until the meat changes color. Add sake, sugar, gochujang, and soy sauce, and stir-fry for 1 minute to create the sweet and spicy ground meat.
Prepare the vegetables: cut pea shoots in half, julienne the carrot and daikon. Place carrot and daikon in a bowl, sprinkle with 1/3 tsp salt, and massage gently. Let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Mix the prepared vegetables with garlic, salt, and sesame oil in a bowl to create the vegetable namul.
Assemble the bibimbap: place rice in a bowl, top with sweet and spicy ground meat on one side and vegetable namul on the other. Add a soft-boiled egg in the center and garnish with torn Korean seaweed.
