- 🍄 4 mushrooms
Seasoning
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- sliced chili to taste
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- pinch of crazy salt

Separate broccoli into small florets, place in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Slice sausages into 1cm pieces and remove the stems of mushrooms, cutting them in half.
Heat olive oil, chili, and garlic in a frying pan over low heat, stirring gently.
Once the garlic aroma is released, add sausages and mushrooms, stir-frying over medium heat.
Add broccoli and continue stir-frying, seasoning with crazy salt to taste.
