Base
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🥬 2 cabbage leaves, shredded
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Sauce
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
- 🧄 A pinch of grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger

- 🥚 2 onsen eggs

Slice the onion into 8 wedges. Shred the cabbage. Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and cook until softened and the pork is fully cooked.
Add all sauce ingredients (sugar, sake, soy sauce, doubanjiang, garlic, ginger) to the pan. Stir until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients evenly.
Serve rice in bowls, top with shredded cabbage, the cooked pork mixture, and an onsen egg. Drizzle any remaining sauce from the pan over the dish.
