    • 🧅 1/3 stalk (55g) green onion
    • 100g daikon radish
    • 🍄 100g enoki mushrooms
    • 100g kimchi

    • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
    • 🌰 To taste white sesame seeds

    • 1 tbsp sake
    • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
    • 💧 400ml water

Slice the green onion diagonally into 1cm pieces. Cut the daikon radish into quarter slices and then into 3mm thick pieces. Trim the enoki mushrooms and cut them in half, separating them.

Add the prepared vegetables, seasonings, and the mackerel can (including its liquid) into a pot. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then mix well. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes until the daikon softens. Add kimchi and stir lightly, cooking for 1 more minute.

Serve in bowls, drizzle sesame oil on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
