Base
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked rice
Protein
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 1 bag (200g) bean sprouts
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp chili paste
Thickener
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 💧 2 tsp water

Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add bean sprouts to the pan and cook until softened. Stir in the ☆ seasoning mixture and cook until combined. Add the water-cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
