- 🍜 2 servings fresh Chinese noodles
Meat
- 🐖 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/4 head lettuce, shredded (100g)
- 🍅 1 tomato, diced (1.5cm cubes)
Oils
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 2 tbsp concentrated mentsuyu (3x)
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp chili oil

Remove the core of the lettuce and shred it. Cut the tomato in half, remove the stem, and dice into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the ☆ seasonings and mix well.
Boil water in a pot and cook the Chinese noodles according to the package instructions. Rinse with cold water, drain, and mix with sesame oil.
