- 200g beef tripe
Vegetables

- 1/2 bunch chives
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts

- 1 tbsp salad oil

- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp chili bean paste

Place beef tripe and salt in a bowl, massage thoroughly, rinse with water, and drain. Boil water in a pot, add beef tripe, and simmer for about 3 minutes over medium heat. Drain the water.
