- 🐟 1 can (190g) mackerel in water
- 🥬 1/6 head (250g) cabbage
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/3 tsp doubanjiang
- 🍶 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
- A dash of pepper
- 1/3 tsp chicken broth powder

Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add the cabbage and continue stir-frying until slightly softened.
Add the canned mackerel (with liquid) and stir gently to combine.
Mix the doubanjiang, sake, salt, pepper, and chicken broth powder in a small bowl, then pour over the stir-fry.
Cook for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the flavors are well combined.
