- 🐖 200g sliced pork
- 🥚 2 eggs, beaten
Vegetables
- 250g pea shoots
Oils
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp chili paste

Cut the roots off the pea shoots and chop them into 3cm pieces. Mix the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour in the beaten eggs, and stir until semi-cooked. Remove the eggs from the pan.
Add sesame oil to the same pan, heat it, and stir-fry the pork until its color changes. Add the eggs, pea shoots, and the mixed seasonings, then stir-fry everything together.
