- 1 tsp chili paste

Cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak them in water, and drain. Place them in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Cut the boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all the seasoning ingredients (marked ☆) in a container.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add the boiled octopus and microwaved potatoes, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Add the mixed seasoning to the pan and stir-fry everything together until well-coated.
