- 🍗 6 chicken wings (360g)
Vegetables
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 1/2 clove garlic, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Seasoning
- 80cc water
- 🍅 1/2 can diced tomatoes (200g)
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of black pepper
- 2 dried chilies, halved and deseeded

Slice the onion into 7mm widths and mince the garlic. Halve the chilies diagonally and remove the seeds.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pressure cooker over medium heat until fragrant. Add chicken wings and cook until browned on all sides.
Add the onion and sauté until softened.
Add all seasoning ingredients, mix well, and bring to a boil. Cover the pressure cooker and heat on high until pressure builds. Reduce to low heat and cook for 10 minutes under pressure. Turn off the heat and allow pressure to release naturally.
