- 🥛 1 tbsp unsweetened yogurt
- 🧈 10g melted unsalted butter
- 🧀 60g pizza cheese

Wash the spinach and microwave it for 30–40 seconds at 600W. Cool it in water, squeeze out excess water, trim the roots, and chop finely.
In a bowl, mix the egg and yogurt together.
Add the melted butter to the mixture and stir. Then add the pancake mix and mix until no dry spots remain.
Add the chopped spinach to the batter and mix until smooth.
Dust a cutting board with flour and divide the dough into two portions. Shape each into a ball and roll into an oval shape using a rolling pin.
Place half the cheese on the lower half of each oval, fold over to form a half-moon shape, and seal the edges. Use chopsticks to press and create a decorative pattern.
Place the bread on a frying pan lined with parchment paper. Cover with a lid and cook on very low heat for 10 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
