- 🍝 100g spaghetti
Seafood
- 20g dried shirasu
Vegetables
- 2 leaves (70g) spring cabbage
- 1/3 bunch (60g) nanohana
- 🧄 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 2 tsp sesame oil

- 1 ladle pasta cooking water
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
